In the summer of 2005, my friend, and I decided to apply for the summer program, as part of the follow-on rounds and the United States to Europe in Bruges, Belgium, and in particular, as an intensive seminar in the College of Europe in political, policy, and lobbying the European Union. Although I have never been to Belgium, I was really excited to find when you surf the Internet, I was about the beautiful and historic city "to visit the old continent" while improving the academic knowledge and meeting new people. Before to leave the U.S., we printed all the information we could find tourist attractions, interesting cafes and historic buildings. Although Brugge is a very small town, it offers many possibilities that are interested in an examination of his excitement. But even if it exceeded our expectations, to visit only one European city or the country seemed to waste such a trip. So we decided to advance opportunities for young graduate student is on his way across Europe and the most convenient, affordable and exciting travel from city to city and country of research with the train. Euro-Rail trains are simpler, how people are to visit several European destinations, such as the train actually offers the possibility of asylum seekers, adventure tour and admire the extraordinary nature meantime. In after the end of the summer program, we packed our bags and traveled to Brussels to Amsterdam. Capital of the Netherlands was a combination of beauty and adventure. The streets, people walking or cycling around the beautiful weather and the numerous rivers Docks to create a unique combination of images, which are food-hungry eyes than ours. Since we have less than 48 hours available to see as much as possible, we decided to pay visit to the Van Gogh Museum, walk the Red District by night, and of course the tram to travel through the city and its incredible to look better. Next stop is Paris, France. Lucky because we are looking for cheap room available, and when we reached the train station, the next thing is to find the map of the city and its incredible underground and move to revise all! Notre Dame, bridges, the Eiffel Tower, Bastille, Champs-lyses, small cafes and long walks on the River Seine or the Montmartre area, made our stay in Paris unforgettable. It is in fact one of the best pictures we got on this trip was the Arc de Triomphe, and we made himself the face shown in a frame. Monte Carlo was our next destination, and the most expensive, but the beaches and the sun gave the legendary feel.Next during our trip we visited in Italy. Florence and Venice, two of the biggest cities in Europe, the trade gave us a life time characteristics. Historic monuments, cobblestone streets, canals, museums, restaurants and cafes in Italy convinced us that Italy is in fact much more interesting than the destination. Personally, I fall-in-love almost all the building and crossed when we had just caught back, although I have made a big mistake, we have the eight-day trip would have taken a lifetime.
